Every order is packed with care from New Zealand and sent on its way to begin its own little journey.
Processing Times
Many of our products are produced in small batches or offered as pre-orders.
Where a product is marked as a pre-order, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the order and ship everything together once all items are ready.
Shipping Within New Zealand
Orders are shipped from New Zealand using tracked courier services where available.
Delivery times within New Zealand typically range from 1–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by weather, customs processing, public holidays, or courier delays.
