Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Pebbling Co order.
If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase will also be required.
To request a return, please email us at hello@thepebblingco.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.
Please note that items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care when packing every order, but occasionally things don't go to plan.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thepebblingco.comand include a photo if possible. We'll work with you to make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch before sending it back.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
International Orders
Customers in the European Union may have additional consumer rights, including a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
